Updating client address (CUADDR)

Tax Agents can now update client’s address (Postal, Home, Business) in Onvio to ATO and vice versa. 

Client-Agent relationship should be established at ATO prior updating the financial institution of the client. Learn How

Updating from Onvio to ATO

  1. From the menu, go to Client > Setup > Add new client or Edit an existing client
  2. Go to the Client General tab, Agent Client Relationship section and select Action.
  3. Select the address type (Postal, Home, Business) and select Next.
  4. Review the address details in Onvio and ATO is shown, and select Update ATO.
  5. A notification message will be displayed. If ATO has rejected the update, a link to the ATO Report containing the error message is displayed

Updating from ATO to Onvio

  1. From the menu, go to Client > Setup > Add new client or Edit an existing client.
  2. Go to the Client General tab, Agent Client Relationship section and select Action.
  3. Select the address type (Postal, Home, Business) and select Next.
  4. The address registered in ATO is displayed under ATO column. If you have not entered address details in Onvio Tax, it will be empty under Onvio column.
  5. Select Update Onvio.
  6. A notification message is displayed if the update is successful.
