Requesting Income Tax Client Report (ITCRPT)

The firm can now request for Income tax Client Report (ITCRPT) from ATO through Onvio which contains the list of clients and their associated lodgement activity. 

To request/retrieve a report:

  1. Go to Onvio Tax > Reports then ITCRPT.
  2. Select Request Report. It will take sometime for the report to be available in ATO. Onvio will keep trying to retrieve the report until report is received.
  3. Once report is available:
    1. Onvio notification will be generated;
    2. report will be saved in the Documents under the Firm level;
    3. link to PDF version of the Report will be available 
Only one report can be requested per day 

If after 24 hours, the report is still unavailable from ATO, status will be set to Failed. User can request the report again using steps above.

 

 

To delete a report:

  1. Select the reports to delete by ticking the checkbox next to the report or tick the checkbox above to delete all. A Report with a Pending status will not be deleted as there is an ongoing request to ATO.
  2. Select Delete.
