Change your preferences

You can control various aspects of your Onvio experience by adjusting your preferences.

Note: Your firm's setup determines which preferences you can change.

To access your preferences, click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen and then click the User Preferences link.

The User Preferences panel enables you to set the following preferences.

  • Visibility of the Onvio Tour and Setup Assistant
  • Time and expense entry
    • Field defaults and settings
    • Timer rounding options and default timer behavior
    • Time Monitor: minimum seconds to create a separate entry, inactive time tracking, entry merging, and entry submission settings
  • Billing: field defaults and settings
  • Receipt and adjustment entry: field defaults and settings

The availability of some or all of these features depends on the applications your firm has licensed and the permissions your firm’s administrator has enabled for you.
