Give staff access to Onvio Center

To give a staff member access to Onvio Center, follow these steps.

Notes

  • You can edit multiple staff members at once and give them access to Onvio Center when doing so. For more information, see Edit multiple staff.
  • Staff members will not have access to some areas of Onvio Center until you assign them to permission groups.
  1. Choose Setup > Staff.
  2. Click Edit Edit next to a staff member in the list, or mark the box next to a staff member and click Edit.
  3. If you have not already done so, enter the staff member's primary email address.

    Note: A staff member must have a primary email address to register for access to Onvio.

  4. Click the Onvio Access tab.
  5. Click On underneath Onvio Access. You can send the registration email now or later. If you choose Send Now, a registration email will be sent as soon as you save your changes. If you choose Send Later, you can return to the tab and send the email anytime. The registration email message contains a link that the staff member will click to enter an email address and create a password for Onvio Center.
  6. Save your changes.

The staff member will also be able to access Onvio Center features through Onvio mobile apps.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on the applications your firm has licensed and the permissions your firm’s administrator has enabled for you.
