Form CT-1041 K-1T / Schedule K-1

There are two types of K-1s for Connecticut state purposes: Schedule K-1 and Schedule K1-T. Schedule K-1/K1-T must have at least one beneficiary in order to e-file.

  • Schedule K-1 lists both the federal and the Connecticut-sourced portion of income items and includes Schedule CT-IT, which reports the credits allocated to the beneficiaries. Part II fills out for nonresident beneficiaries only. If you extended the Form CT-1041, the Schedule K-1 is also extended. You should not attach the Schedule K-1 with Form CT-1041. You must attach it to Form CT-1041 K1-T and file it separately.
  • Schedule K-1T is the transmittal page for the Schedule CT-1041 K-1.
