Hide expandable textTo generate the Withholding Exemption Certificate (Form PTE-EX) for a beneficiary, go to the Beneficiaries tab and choose the appropriate code from the Form PTE-EX drop-down menu. The form can be found in Massachusetts Form view in the Bene folder.
