Hide expandable textTo make a payment by check, you must generate a voucher from the Minnesota Department of Revenue website.
Onvio Tax provides the following payment worksheets (available in MN Form view):
- Return Payment Worksheet (PV2 folder)
- Amended Return Payment Worksheet (PV2X)
- Extension Payment Worksheet (PVExt)
- Estimated Tax Worksheet (PVEst)
You can use information from the above worksheets to fill out the request for a payment voucher on the MN DOR website.
