Hide expandable textOnvio Tax calculates Schedule II only for nonresident beneficiaries.
Per the instructions, grantors have withholding and calculations follow the same principles as nonresidents. 1041N Page 2 Sch II will fill out on a grantor trust if there are any beneficiaries that have withholding calculated. This is because the trust must use form 1041N to make the payment.
Each page of Schedule II will include four beneficiaries and new pages will be created as needed.
