Hide expandable textReturns with gross income of $10,000 or less are not required to be filed with the state of New Jersey. Onvio Tax automatically determines whether the return is required to be filed and will print ‘not required to be filed’ in the filing instructions. Final trusts that are marked ‘not required to be filed’ should be sent to the state.
