Section 1202
The state does not allow an adjustment for Section 1202. The full amount of gain from the sale is taxable to residents. Because 1202 gain is intangible, the state does not tax it for nonresidents.
Wash sale
Onvio Tax treats wash sales as two separate transactions. Pennsylvania does not limit the loss in a wash sale.
