Hide expandable textThe SC1040TC only includes the portion of the tax credits attributed to the fiduciary. Onvio Tax includes the beneficiary portion on either the Schedule K-1, line 13 or on the Grantor letter in the credit section. This form does not calculate on a Grantor trust because all credits are passed through to the beneficiary.
