Hide expandable textOnvio Tax uses the SC beneficiaries column of the Beneficiaries tab to determine whether to calculate Form I-41.
- If you enter code 1, Form I-41 will calculate as long as the beneficiary is a nonresident. Upon proforma of the client, the code will automatically change to code 2, indicating that the Form I-41 is already on file for the beneficiary. Per the instructions, the beneficiary only needs to file Form I-41 once.
- If code 2 is entered, Form I-41, SC41 and withholding will not calculate.
