- The state requires an amended return explanation is only for amended codes 2 and 5.
- UltraTax CS Onvio Tax includes fiduciary fees allocated to the S portion income of the ESBT on line 7. Therefore, the line 7 amount will not reflect what is reported on the Federal 1041, line 12.
- For a Bankruptcy Estate, lines 4-20 are blank per the instructions.

- Line 41 Refund is actually the total overpayment. If overpayment applied on line 41 is less than the total overpayment, Onvio Tax displays the actual refund is only on the return summary.
