You can add workpaper references to related workpapers in the Adjustments grid and/or the Distributions grid.

Add WP Reference columns to the adjustments and distributions grids
- Open a project in Onvio Trial Balance and select the Adjustments tab.
- Select Show/Hide at the top of the Adjustments grid, then mark the WP Reference checkbox.
- Select Show/Hide at the top of the Distirbution grid, then mark the WP Reference checkbox.

- A link to the source document in Onvio Documents is automatically added to the Work paper ref column of imported journals.
Insert a workpaper reference as a link
If you are a licensed user of Onvio Trial Balance, you can add a link to a related document in the Binder tab for the current contact.
You need to have Onvio Link installed to download and view linked documents from the Workpaper Reference column.
- Select Attachment in the WP Reference column for a selected account in the Adjustments grid or the Distributions rows to open the Attach Workpaper Reference panel.
- Browse to the appropriate folder in the binder and select a document.
- Select Attach to create a link in the Workpaper Reference column for the selected item.
Note: You can select a workpaper link in the Workpaper References column to open the linked document in its native application (for example, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat Reader). If the link is associated with a Guided Assurance workpaper, the document will open in the Guided Assurance application in a separate browser window.
